My Story
I'm passionate about health and wellness, and I believe that small shifts can have a profound impact.
My approach brings together three pillars: coaching and Havening, metabolic health and fasting, and the science of water and hydration. Each one came into my life at exactly the right moment, including Havening, which I experienced personally before training as a practitioner. Its impact was profound, and I now support others to experience this powerful technique for themselves.
Born in the UK, I've called New Zealand home for almost 20 years. I bring a blend of expertise, lived experience and genuine curiosity to everything I do.
When I'm not working, you'll find me at the beach, on my kiteboard, or at home with my daughter and our dog.
